Dear Parents and Students,
I hope you are enjoying a pleasant holiday. For those students who have already returned to school, I trust you are well-rested and striving to do your best each day. As we approach the final week of the studio break, I would like to take this opportunity to outline the arrangements for our return next week.

INVOICING
Invoices are being dispatched today. Please ensure payment is made on or before 1 May 2025.
OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS
Several accounts are currently overdue. I have personally contacted each of you regarding the outstanding amounts. Please ensure full payment of any arrears is included with this month’s invoice.
TERM 2 STARTUP
Term 2 officially begins on Monday, 28 April. I am aware that some schools will still be on holiday next week, so please inform me if we need to reschedule the lesson to another day next week or earlier, or if you will be attending at all. We will commence with checkpoints for math and science, and practical sessions for music.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY
1 May is a public holiday. The studio will be closed on that day. Consequently, Thursday students will officially resume on 8 May.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Please inform me immediately if you require any changes to your current lesson times for the new term. I will do my utmost to accommodate your needs.
LOOKING AHEAD FOR TERM 2
I am eager to teach you all again. My goal is to see you succeed and improve during the next term, so please make every effort to attend, complete the work, and come prepared for lessons. The more I am informed about your progress, the better I can assist you.
This term will be somewhat unique. Please note that I will be closed for two weeks in July as I will be overseas. Lessons will then resume for three weeks until the holidays begin again. I will ensure that you have ample work to support your studies during this time and will provide detailed information closer to the date.
I look forward to seeing you all next week.
Best of luck for the remainder of the week.
Best regards,
Werner
